Nowadays the Company, in a modern operating concept, continues to produce FISCOLI and FILTERING DIAPHRAGMS FOR OIL PRESSES, no longer made with coconut fiber but with NET POLYPROPYLENE NYLON.

This modern, officially certified for food use and easily workable material, proved to be much superior to the old coconut fiber, allowing a more efficient extraction and a higher quality level of the olive paste and the extracted oil.

The company, apart from its standard production, has also differentiated its offer, moving towards a greater customization in respect of the client's needs and the dimensions of the pressing mats, both in regards to the external diameter and that of the internal hole, can be made according to the customer's requirement.

The production offer differs between the professional use, intended for large commercial oil mills, and the more recent renewed interest of all those who have the pleasure of having a small-sized hobby oil mill. For this use specific pressing mats of smaller dimensions have also been developed to allow optimal filtration, including in the internal part, otherwise the excessive presence of fiber would cause filtration problems. This is the reason why our hobby-type production is always appreciated by fans of the home production of extra virgin olive oil.
